World Cup 2010: supporters will be allowed to shout
Live news - 31/05/2010
As the World Cup 2010 draws near, the German government has announced its intention to lift the ban on making noise after 10 pm in order to allow the supporters following the matches on big screens outdoors to let go.
The legislation on noise nuisances will be relaxed from June 1st to July 31st for local authorities to allow crowd gatherings at night, on public places and in front of the cafés and pubs where giant screens will be installed to follow the World Cup in South Africa.

Similar measures had been taken before for the World Cup 2006 and Euro 2008.
